Okay when I say this is the BEST quality - it's so stretchy and the material is nice and heavy! The length on me is more of a maxi length but it is a midi skirt (you can also roll it under to shorten if needed!
This runs true to size! I am 5'2" wearing a size small! If you are in between, you could size down because the material is not restrictive and the entire waistband is elastic
